Who can become a Founding Partner?
Experienced HR professionals, talent acquisition specialists, recruitment consultants and agencies, MBA HR alumni, placement officers, business consultants, industry leaders, professional associations, and networking communities may apply.
Is there a joining fee?
No. There is no joining fee. Founding Partners introduce recruiters on a voluntary professional basis.
How does the Partner Code work?
After approval, you receive a unique Partner Code and referral link. Recruiters who register with your code are permanently attributed to you.
Can colleges participate?
Yes. Placement officers and authorised college representatives may apply when they can introduce genuine recruiters or employers.
Can alumni associations participate?
Yes. Alumni associations and similar professional communities may apply as Founding Partners.
How are recruiters linked to my Partner Code?
Recruiters can arrive through your referral link or enter your Partner Code during registration. Once attribution succeeds, it is stored permanently.
Can a recruiter change Partner Codes?
No. After successful attribution, Partner Codes cannot be changed by the recruiter. Only an authorised admin can update attribution when required.
How will PINCODEJobs verify partners?
Applications are reviewed manually. We may review LinkedIn profiles, professional background, and request additional information before approval.
What happens after approval?
You receive your Partner Code, referral link, and access to partner resources as they become available. You can begin introducing trusted recruiters.
How can I contribute besides inviting recruiters?
You can share feedback, help refine local hiring practices, participate in community conversations, and support awareness of PIN code-based hiring.
Will additional benefits be introduced in the future?
Possibly. Any future recognition or commercial programs will be governed by separate published terms. Phase 1 focuses on trust, community, and attribution—not financial incentives.
